What's a good way to clean my colon naturally, what kind of foods and liquids are good for that type of thing? I don't want to go on any pills or anything though.

Not trying to be gross or any thing but the reason why I want to do one is because my body odor and my breath is really bad,I put on alot of weight so I'm guessing it must be my diet.I'm also bloated alot so I want to see if it is the toxins in my body....any suggestion would be great...thanks

I would love to know a good colon cleanse product. I did one years ago and I felt so much lighter after. If there is a natural way to do it I would be interested in that too

I don't know of any certain products...I but I would suggest upping the intake of different kinds of fibre in your diet. i.e. making sure that you have a good amount of soluble and insoluble fibre from different sources like oatmeal, beans, vegetables, whole grain cereal and breads, nuts and seeds (flax seeds especially are beneficial for the colon), blending lots of fruit to make smoothies, and of course drinking more water.
Eating live natural yoghurt is also very good for the colon, in terms of ensuring a balance of good bacteria.

I honestly think that eating a fibre rich diet is much more beneficial in the long term for your digestive system than any short term colon 'cleanse' product. By eating and drinking the right types of food your colon will becoime 'trained' almost to cleanse itself and shouldn't need any extra help.
