Hi all , Last night I was in acafe , with some friends . I used to smoke some type of ciggar here in the middle east . I used the same tube of smoking after afriend who is adoctor in Holland . I touched the head of the smoking tube in order to be sure it was dry no saliva on it . and I somked , but while that I think if there was any fluid on it , I stopped smoking and thinking about the risk , I have small cut in my upper lip , I got worried . I discover the cut after I smoked it was small no active bleeding . wat is the risk here ? Iasked the man and said her is clean and not in any sex relations . plz guve your advices , any need for testing ?

there was no risk and no reason to get tested because of that....

There's a number of reasons why you could never ever get HIV in this manner. Namely, HIV doesn't spread through HIV. Also, the heat from the cigar would most likely deactivate the virus. HIV is one of the weakest viruses out there. It doesn't survive well in open airm, and saliva, though it has trace amounts of the virus, doesn't have a high enough viral load to infect a human.
