19. Bit of heart palpitations. On atenolol. Been waking up after about six hours of sleep with elevated heart rate and pounding headache.

Any advise on what this may be?

I don't believe it's sleep apnea, because my anxiety only wake me up gasping for air in the first five minutes of rest or so.
