Hurting-1

In September 2003 I was rearended and then pushed into another car totaling my minivan. Because of that I required 2 years of physical therapy for injuries to my neck, back, and shoulder which required two sureries.
However, ever since then I have endured a constant headache 24/7. I have had 5 MRI's and numerous CT scans. Everytime I have one no one can tell me what is wrong. I have also seen every neurologist within 50 miles and everyone saw me for a while then told me there was nothing else they could do for me and then turned me away. Without even giving me any idea what could be the cause of this headache.
To attempt to get any relief I have tried chiropractic care, accupuncture and a massage therapist. All to no avail.
My family doctor even wrote a letter to a group of neurologist and neuroscientist to see if one would see me but they all refused.
Before this accident, I was very active. I ran in several marathons, bi-athalon and even one tri-atholon. I enjoyed hiking, biking and swimming.
Now my life has been taken over by the fear of being knocked down (literally) by a 'pain pulse' that invades my head ever so often. (I had one last night) I also have to take a strong pain medicine that is highly addictive but so far I have been able to not become addicted.
I get some help from my family when I am hurting but there is only so much they can do.
Does anyone know of anything or anyone that may be able to help?
