For the past year I've been having off and on abdomenal pain. The first time I had the pain I went to the ER and had a CT done with Contrast. It showed that I have an Enlarged Spleen. They disregarded that and said to come back in a year to check it again. It's been a year now and I never went back, but am now having the same pain except it is more intense and is even worse when I run. I run in college so it is kind of a big deal. I got my blood work done and it showed Low RBC, Low WBC, and Low Hemoglobin. I was checked out the other day and my Blood Pressure was 98/28 and my Pulse was 46. I'm still having this abdomenal pain and am having a CT and another blood test done Monday. My father has Spherocytosis but he doesn't also have low iron. My iron is 19 when they usually accept 50 as normal. Does anyone have any familiarity with this type of pain from the upper left side of the stomach and the same low counts? Thanks for any help.

Have you found anything out yet? I know its been awhile since you posted this, but I too have upper left side pain. low WBC,RBC, and HGB counts. Have "areas" in my kidneys and spleen that showed up on CT scan. Have continual blood in urine. I'd be interested how you are doing and how tests came back
