Hi all.
So, my creatinine urine is 2.82 (recommended range is .63-2.5). I dont believe that my doctor was concerned about kidney function -- I think he just intended to test my catecholamines, and this is part of the reported results. I used to be very muscular until I became ill several years ago, and my protein intake is moderately high -- probably 70 grams a day.
My urine volume was also elevated at 3.5 liters. I believe average is around 2.5 liters. Doctor mentioned diabetes insipidus because of some of my symptoms, including constant thirst and dehydration. Urine S.G. was normal, at 1.012.
I have a follow-up appt on Tuesday, and like to be prepared to ask questions.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

3.5 liters may not be excessive, especially if you drink a lot which the constant thirst indicates that you might. How much are you drinking a day?

Thanks for the note. On the particular day, probably 64 ounces or so. Nothing more than average in take.
3.5 liter is a lot, but it's not in the stratosphere. I am more concerned about the creatinine, which reveals some kidney impairment.
