I've had mine last a few hours and then I've had it last for 6 months. Just be diligent about your medication and the foods you ingest. Rest is important too along with not getting so stressed out. That's easier said than done but stress does make GERD worse. How long have you had it so far? What are your symptoms? Have you seen a GI to get medicated and/or treated for it?
