Hi - I don't think you'll get any answers to your question because if you have osteoporosis, you won't have a good t-score.

Hi Sissy....i think that anything below 0 which would be -!.5
or -2.0 would not be good but if you were diagnosed with a
-3.5 and went up to a -2.5 in the femur and +4.0 in the spine, for me that is good...In general anything that would be
above 0 on the plus range would be considered good. karen

Normal Bone Minaral Density (BMD): between +1 and -1
Osteopenia: BMD between -1 and -2.5
Osteoporosis:BMD lower than -2.5
Osteopenia: BMD between -1 and -2.5
Osteoporosis:BMD lower than -2.5
