what should I do if pain killers constipate me?

Hi jessica,
All pain killers constipate to some degree --- some more powerful pain killers do more than others less power full ones!!
I think it's best to be on a water fiber supplement and it's OK to take a laxative for a short period to get things moving. You may also taking an enama to helpful with BMs.

drink plenty of fluids and up your fibre intake, EG fruit, wholegrains stuff like that, avoid bananas, eggs, and dairy they can constipate you.
