My counters list the calories for a number of ways chicken, fish or shrimp are prepared but usually not the calories for fried. Also, when reading a label on uncooked but breaded fried shrimp does the number listed generally mean before frying or after frying?

<removed> The calorie count for the breaded food is, unfortunately, before you fry. Frying will add calories from the oil.
