Is it possible to have got genital herpes from using a campsite porta loos whilst attending a festival with five thousand people, sitting on unclean toilets seats?

NO. The virus can't survive outside the body for more than about 10 seconds. IT CANNOT BE CAUGHT FROM A TOILET SEAT!!
