Hi,

I have had a really sore back at the base of my spine for about 3 weeks, im sure it isnt connected but then last saturday i got up in the night with the most awful diarroreah. This was quite voilent through till monday morning. On sunday i slept all day in between the toilet trips.

I am now at tuesday 3 days later, the diarroreah has almost stopped now, once a day perhaps, but i feel wretched. I ache all over, i still have mild crampy pains in my stomach, and i feel quite weak. (i havent eaten anything much apart from dry toast in 3 days)

Should i go back to Docs? or is this like a post infection thing going on? im a bit worried there is something more wrong with me.
