Hi! I am having many foot problems. recently I have bin very athletic and my feet have been kiling me. after I run on concrete I have pains up and down my heel and in my foot? can anyone help me please post thax.

It sounds like you may have Plantars facitiis. A podiatrist will be able to tell you more. It's best to check it out before further damage is done.

I looked up what you siad and that sounded exacly it. I dont kno how I can give up sports for that long though. Thax again
