Can anyone tell what I may be suffering from with my symptoms?

Could it be Dibeties, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Thyroid Disorder ???

Here are my symptoms, faint when standing, fatigue, leg cramps, overheating, muscle pain, joint pain, poor healing, ankle swelling, poor appetite, cold hands, cold feet.

I am at the point I cannot work.

Sounds like it could be a combination of all three. However; all three can be interelated. I have Epstein Barr antibodies and I am also Hypothryoid. You need to tell your doctor about your symptoms and have him do a complete blood workup.
