i have a lump behind my ear on the bone bit of my head its a hard lump and as started to really hurt.wot could it be?

Hi. That bone is the mastoid, and it can become infected. It's best if you see your doctor in case you need antibiotics. You're right, it does hurt! I've had it, too.
