I use the sound of ocean waves to help me get to sleep alot, I just setup a playlist and let it repeat 5 or 6 times. Also, visualization and mental imagery are as important to me as my CBT so falling asleep on a beach at night or in a warm pool by a waterfall helps program out the anxiety and ensure a restful sleep. I just take the image of Glenoe waterfall near where I live and put myself there each night. Some people are more sight than sound oriented but a combination of both is a good idea.
Also One of the hardest things for me regarding Anxiety was getting motivated to defeat it continually each day. One thing that really helped was getting a big whiteboard and drawing a 3 month grid over it, with 5 of the top things I needed to accomplish each day, then putting a big red X in each when I did. As time goes on I'm noticing more and more Red and less and Less white.
