I just started to exercise again by walking. My feet and legs are very swollen. this is the 4th day that I have walked.
where I work I sit all day so usually I have a little swelling in my legs and feet but not like this.
when you press on the top of my foot the indent stays in like I am retaining flud. it tingles some like when your foot goes to sleep.
Im 57 and on meds. bp and choles but both are under control. can this be from the walking or is it something to really worry about. anyone else have this.
thanks

I'm 41..presently on Xanax for panic/anxiety disorder
Lopressor for Heart paplations(which occur during the above any how)...
And for past two wks I've had bronchilits but also Have...Edema of feet ankles and legs.I also Walk , course after being sick i haven't but wants to return to doing so but with the Edema - sometimes my right foot swells more than my left and hurts .
Elevate your feet Higher than your heart , prop your feet on pillows at night when you sleep - this should help your problem, but as it was recommended to me, contact your dr with your concerns..
