hi
i have had a band of pain that starts in the middle of my back and travells round to my stomach, when i get this it even hurts to breathe.
i have had pluracy about 3 years ago and i know that this is a different kind of pain. anyone got any ideas please.?

Not nearly enough information, of course, to hazzard much of a guess. However, since you posted on the back forum one thought would be a collapsing thoracic vertebra. Since this is now very treatable (with vertebroplasty) it would be good to be seen soon. But then, since this could be other things it would be good to be seen at any rate -- so go to your doc and Good Luck...

Gail it literally could be several things but none to take lightly, especially if you've had pluracy before. I would get to your GP or specialist and get yourself checked as soon as possible. Best to you.
