I read an old thread on here where someone used coconut oil on their hair and it helped it grow faster.
So i thought i would give it a try :)

I wouldn't use it in my hair....it's too greasy and would be hard to rinse out. I've heard it's great for a supplement for dogs.

I saw some coconut oil in a jar @ Wal-Mart the other day. In the vitamin section.

I bought some organic refined coconut oil tonight and used it as a deep conditioning treatment, and WOW, my hair feels like silk! I left it in for about 45 minutes and then rinsed with a clarifying shampoo, followed by conditioner as usual. I also used it as a body oil. I love it! I'm trying it out as a face moisturizer, so I'll update on how I like it as that.
