Hello...
When I began loosing weight, I was (a beefy) 242 lbs. I am now 200. I attribute my success to what I tern the "half ration" diet...I eat only half of everything...& I limit my intake to balanced, nutritional foods w/ the emphasis on high fiber, low calorie & lean protein. I'm also exercising more than ever...& I feel absolutely great...for real.
Anyway...as a diet aid...I have been consuming tons of naturally flavored carbonated water (mostly Adirondack brand); & my favorite flavors are lemon, lime & orange. Then the other day I thought to myself...these are all citrus fruits...I wonder if I could be acidifying my system with this intake.
Should I be concerned about this? These are zero calorie drinks, so there can't be that much actual fruit content, correct?
Thanks,
mark4man

Citrus is actually good for the body, the acid from citrus changes to alkaline in the body, and oranges and grapefruit lower cholesterol also.
If you drink is zero calories, it probably contains an artificial sweeter which is damaging to your health,
you are worrying about the wrong ingredient!
