From my understanding, that's what's supposed to be happening with your body. If it's normal looking stool, good texture and shape, then you probably have nothing to worry about at all.
You're probably more "regular" than anybody here, myself included, on this board if your stools look normal.

If this is something new and it is a loose stool, it could be something you need to see a doctor about.
