Have you checked the length of your legs?

Sounds like twisted pelvis to me, although hard to be sure!

I've had many of days like that where I walk like I'm 90 it was just extreme muscle spasms. It sounds to me like you might need some bed rest and some muscle relaxors and anti-inflammatories!!! No leg pain is a definite plus

Frequently when my back is bad, I too can't stand up straight. Have you had tests run?

If this persists, I would suggest you go to your regular GP and maybe investigate it's cause. Could be just muscles not behaving or something more involved, like your spine.

In the meantime, ibuprofen might help as an anti-inflammatory, along with hot shower and heating pad may help bring you some relief.

No, I haven't had any tests ran. I have had problems with my lower back the past 12 years or so. After sitting for a short period and then standing, I would lean foward for a few minutes but then the pain would go away and I was able to stand straight. Now I look like I might fall sideways when my back pulls me to the side. Probably about a 20 degree angle. And again after standing and moving around I am able to stand almost straight. I did pull all lower back muscles about 30 years ago but that was the only injury to my back. I'm 61 years old and still do drywall construction work. I am reluctant to take pills for pain.
