SURGERY OR WHAT? Not in alot of pain. See neuro tues, anyone have the same thing?

C5-6 there is moderate narrowing of the disc. there is a large extruded disc fragment which extends the full length of the posterior aspect of the vertebral body C6. The extruded fragment is located central to very slightly greater to the right. There is significant compression on tthe ventral aspect of the cord which is indented or impressed posteriorly from this extruded fragment. The extruded fragment hugs the posterior aspect of the body with a convex margin into the dura. There is moderate to severe neural foraminal stenosis which relates not to the extruded disc but rather to posterior and posterolateral bony ridging and facet hypertrophy.

C6-7 there is a left paracentralprotruding disc which extends into the left ventral canal producing moderate impression on the left ventral dura and cord.

Impresion:
1. there is moderate to large extruded disc fragment located centrally behind the C6 vertebra produces compression of the ventral dura and cord in the midline.

2. there is moderate to severe bilateral neural foraminal stenosis at C5-6 related to posterolateral bony ridging and facet overgrowth. narrowing of the disc space contributes to the narrowed neural foramen as well.

3. There is a left paracentral protruding disc of moderate size at the C6-7 level producing moderate impression on the left ventral cord.
Thank you for your input!!!!

you must have had an accident somewhere along the way.

You don't talk about your symptoms - but if it were me I would get that taken care of immediately. I would have a neurosurgeon and not an orthopedic surgeon spine surgeon, address this particular problem.

in the mean time I would be careful and take care to not put my spine in jeopardy.
