No. Only animal products have cholesterol (meat, animal fat, milk, eggs, cheese, etc).

I am concerned about lowering colestral also. so it was nice to fine out about cashew nuts but what about salted or non salted? and where do i go to fine out what is needed to do to lower colestral?

However, they are high in fat, I believe.

You have high cholesterol for one or both of these reasons

Your body has trouble balancing your bloods PH

you're eating it

ALL animal products have cholesterol in them.

Did you know a cup of skim milk has more cholesterol than 3 strips of bacon?

Stick with wild fish a few times a week and cut out the rest of the animal products in your diet and your cholesterol will drop.

The other reason is your body trying to protect your heart. Basically stop eating acid like

sugar
white breads
SUGAR
salt
SALT
proccessed stuff (hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, stuff you cant even pronounce)
