Did you know a cup of skim milk has more cholesterol than 3 strips of bacon? Stick with wild fish a few times a week and cut out the rest of the animal products in your diet and your cholesterol will drop. The other reason is your body trying to protect your heart. Basically stop eating acid like sugar white breads SUGAR salt SALT proccessed stuff (hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, stuff you cant even pronounce) -svt |
