What is the best way to stop taking Lortab, everytime i stop i get really sick and not from my foot.

I don't know the "best" way necessarily but if I remember right I think you need to wean off of it. Like not just stop all of a sudden. You should talk to your doctor about the nauesa. I hope you feel better.
