The tongue of my sneakers always put pressure on the top of my right foot and I cannot figure out why. It is only my right foot and I have it regardless of the sneaker type, it always causes the same discomfort. It is only a discomfort, but as time passes it gets worse and worse to the point where i need to take my sneakers off. I dont know what causes it but I have had it for years. The pain develops on the top of my foot, where the sneaker tongue hits. Does anyone know why this would happen?
