I`ve got a lump in my right testicle which i`m due to have an ultrasound on in a weeks time. I found it 2 weeks ago after feeling a swelling in the same testes.
Since i found it the lump has got considerably bigger and there is hardly any pain now.
I`ve also started to feel a little sick and a bit light headed.
Can anyone suggest if these symptons go together??
