About 3 weeks ago, I noticed pain in my foot. It felt like it was on the top of my foot, not the bottom. I went to the foot doctor, who said it MAY be a Mortons Neuroma. He gave me a cortisone injection. Made it a little better, but was worse the next day. He then sent me for an MRI, and he said they didnt find any masses. He told me to use ICE, and treat it at home. Here I am, 2 weeks after the MRI, and my foot is hurting me, and I feel it in my ankle and calf. I am going back to the doctor Thursday. Can anyone who has had a neuroma explain what the pain feels like, and if this sounds like that to you?
It's summer, and I have to wear sneakers because they are the only shoes that are comfortable enough, and when I wear them, my foot really dosent bother me at all, except for today.
I dont know what to do, Im scared.
Thanks
