I am new to this board and i have a rather large bump on my big toe, that is pretty painful does this sound like a bunion?

mine were moderate - i've seen slight bunions and i've seen severe bunions. when i fisrt wanted to see more results on bunionectomies, i searched i google and i'd type in "before after bunions" and it gave me a couple sites to look at.
