sounds like OA wear & tear

have you tried things like tylenol arthritis, advil, aleve?
hot or cold therapy?
icy hot, capsasin or asperecream?

also tell your dr

I have been a runner for many years and also have fibromyalgia so was wondering if fibro was causeing it or age related to wear and tear.

Actually it is not normal
you should try not to climb the stairs cause it is very demanding to ur knees
mean time try this TGC cream.
you should be able to get it from any pharmacies near you

Hi, i was gettin pains in my knees which was painful when going up and down stairs and after investigation I was told I had tendernosis of the knee i went to physio and was given exercises and stretches to do every day. My knees are a lot better now i play netball so a lot of high impact on my joints.

I also noticed my knees beginning to hurt when I turned 50. I had been doing 30 minute morning walks 5 days a week for years. Now I cut back because by the end of the day my legs get very tired. I was just diagnosed with OA in my pinky fingers. The x-rays showed that the cushioning between the bones at the joints are getting thin. The doctor said it is just aging and there is nothing I can do about it.
