Hi all
On saturday I did a 10 hour shift, towards the end of the shift my ankle started to hurt, got home and slept it off, sunday it wasn't that bad to walk on then Monday I walked to work. My ankle was hurting me on my way to work. During the shift it hurt me that badly that I ended up limping around the kitchen and resting my foot during the break. Resting it didn't work well. When the shift was over the pain eased until I got home. I slept it off and the next day it didn't hurt at all even at work and I walked to work on that day. It is on the same leg as the ingrown toe nail.
I did not injure the ankle in any way. One chef it could be a pinched nerve or something.
Would an ingrown toenail do this?
Do you know what this could be?
Vincent
