So today I seemed to notice that the side of my neck (right side) directly under my ear, is tender. When I bend my head forward towards my chest, the tender area protrudes and I can feel a bump. (that I dont believe was there before, because I am extremely aware of my body and any abnormalities, I tend to be overly paranoid about health.)
The bump/lump (i dont know what to label it) is tender to the touch and when I do trace my finger along it, it feels long in its shape. Not round. But almost like it could be part of a swollen vein or something.
Other than my paranoia I feel fine. No illness what so ever. Sleeping well, eating well. Though my right ear, (which is on the same side as this

The fact that it is sore is indicating that there must be an infection. It may be there for a few weeks. If it persists then you should go to the doctor because you may need antibiotics. It does not sound like lymphoma.
