Hi,

What level does your 1) platelets and 2) hemoglobin have to be at to be considered low enough for your doctor to perform a blood transfusion?

usually when my platelets were under 20 they would give me sum.and hemoglobin i think when it was under 6 or 7 i think,but it depends wether you feel its low ie:getting very tierd and weak,having breathing problems ect.......then they will give you some.:)
