Anybody hear of a situation where the FAT TISSUE in the bottom of your foot shifts and so - when you walk - the BONES in the ball of your foot start to feel like a lump?

Titchou 11-01-2007, 10:38 AM I would imagine it has atrophied rather than moved. And that's very common - especially in people with thin fat pads to begin with and in people who jog a lot.
