Hi everyone,

I had a bunionectomy in Janurary of 2005 on my left foot. I have started to have pain again in my big toe joint. And my right foot seems to be getting worse.

I do wear my custom orthodics everyday.

I don't want to go the surgery route again, I am wondering it anyone has tried yoga toes?

I am nervous to make my feet worse, but then I also don't want them to get worse by not doing anything...

I tried them just before I decided to do surgery but I found them uncomfortable and did not use them except once as was the case with someone in my office. My doc says some of his patients use them but he is sceptical about most of those products. They can't hurt though.

I use them, but they do NOT in anyway correct or cure bunions. They can, however, help stretch your toes and help to relax your feet.

Because they are so thick, it does take a bit of getting used to them. I remember the first time I used them. After 5 minutes I started getting the worst cramps. So you have to use them for short bursts for a while until you are used to them.

I use them now, after my bunionectomy, to help stretch out my toes. Seems when the doc cut the tendon I lost some movement in my other toes and I can't seem to stretch them out at all. I also do some of the flex/bend exercises with them on because it helps to build muscle strength in the foot.

I love them! But they don't correct bunions like their ad says.
