I tried to do a search on this, so I'm sorry if this is a repeat question.

Has anyone used this type of progesterone supplement? I heard it's less messy then the gel type progesterone suppositories, but I was wondering which one is better to use? My RE told me to take this one, but my insurance doesn't cover it so he said to use the other one. I'm afraid it won't be as effect (both are not covered by my insurance, but the gel suppositories are much cheaper)
