I have been told I have two nodgules on my lower right side of my thyroid gland measuring 2.4 and 2.0. On my lower left side I have two also.They are smaller than the right.That was information I got from my ultrasound.My blood work was good.I have to go in and meet with my doctor now. What does this mean?

It might not mean much at all but the doctor may order a biopsy of the nodules. It is not uncommon to have thryroid nodules but it is important to know that they are not malignant. I have had them for years now but a biopsy done when they were first identified showed no malignancy. Let us know how the doctor's visit goes.
