For an associate degree RN you are looking at 2 years, 4 years for a bachelors, and 6 years for masters level. If you are looking at doing only clinical nursing, an associate degree will suffice. However if you are going to eventually pursue management, you will need at least a bachelors and a masters level for most teaching positions.
