Has anyone heard any evidence linking a diet high in soy to endometriosis and other reproductive abnormalities? I am thinking of starting my daughter on a milk-free diet and would like to explore the health benefits of soy milk as an alternative to cow's milk. Thanks!

Soy is controversial and there may be many health problems associated with it like thyroid problems, osteoporosis, and cancer (estrogen receptor breast cancer in post menopausal women).

Soy is one of the most genetically modified foods at 85%, so if you and/or your daughter are going to consume it, buy organic soy products. Many health experts advise staying away from most soy products except organic fermented tofu to eat in limited amounts.

I was drinking calcium fortified Pacific Almond Milk has a substitute for cow's milk, but recently they changed the taste of the product and added soy lecithin so I don't buy it any longer. Now I use milk will no added antibiotics or hormones on my cereal only, and eat unsweeted organic yogurt with fruit instead of drinking milk.
