How's it,
I've been drinking weightgainer/protein shakes lately, homemade ones to pack on a couple pounds. The ingredients I use are around 6 tablespoons of peanut butter, milk, whey protein, raw oatmeal which all totals up to about 1000-1500 calories each time a chug it down. Here's the thing, after I drink it up my finger tips and the palms of my hands start to feel noticeably dry and at times if I yawn or open my mouth real wide it feels like the corner of my mouth is going to split into a cold sore. Does anybody have any experience with these protein shakes, weight gainer shakes...etc. I don't have diabetes or anything like that so I don't see why I would have a side effect to this. Is this normal? Any advice would be appreciated.
