Its 4am here and I do not know if I should go to the hospital. I woke with severe chest pains and my stomach killing me. I have never had such bad stomach pains since this whole ordeal. My throat is fizzing, and my stomach is upset too. I did the mistake of having wine last night, did I seriously mess something up? How do I know if I should go to the hospital for my stomach pain or not? I am scared something ruptured or something.

Hey, if your scared then yes go to the hospital! I'm sure your fine but go ease your mind and get some meds from them.

Thanks Dream. After sitting up for 3 hrs I was finally able to get back to sleep.
Has anyone else had it this bad? What if its not acid reflux, sure seemed like something far worse last night....I have never had it like that
