HI-I'm going to the doctor tommorow but can anyone tell me if this sounds like acid reflux?

I have awful chest pain theat radiated to the back. It felt like it went on for a few minutes then i started to feel faint-everything was going black then i was sick and started to feel better. I have had the pain a few times in the past but not as bad. :)Does this sound familier?
