I have these bumps that have been around for a while now and seem to be getting worse. I'm not sexually active, but within the last year or so, I've noticed these bumps. they are only on the inner thighs and not in the vaginal area. Lately, some of them will swell to about the size of a grape and become very painful, then will go away. I can't have an STD unless it's something surface transmitted or by genes, obviously. I don't want to go to the doctor for no reason because he doesn't want to see me. I have enough problems I've inherited from my parents wonderful genes. What is it?

If you have never been sexually active then it is very very unlikely you have an STD. If these bumps are painful, you should go to your doctor. He can't say he doesn't want to see you - he's your doctor! Or get another doctor. Good luck.
