I have very white skin and love the outdoors so after many years of this i now have many ACs esp on my hands and forearms. I keep well covered, don't want skin cancer but the ACs are troublesome. the doctor told me to use Tretinoin cream for the ACs. Previously i had many 'burnt off' with liquid nitrogen Any experience with this cream for ACs you can share?
