this is really iritating i have more hair on my sides then my top. and everytime i take a shower i see bald spots when i look at the top of my head with the mirror. also i find myself looking at my hair every ten mins. and i just cant stop thinking about it, its driving me crazy. also my hair be ichy at time also so how can i keep my hair from continuing to fall???? please help me.....

{PS: i am not balding because i dont have any male pattern baldness & my hairline hasnt receded}
