To all of you curious on how I did with my Malacalcin I had my bone density test yesterday. I got preliminary results from the girl doing the tests. I will find out more from the dr next Tues. But she told me good news. Part of my test was much better and the other was the same. So I guess the nasal spray works some and so is the weight lifting. I only use calcium cirate. I consider this all good news since I was lead to believe I was wasting my time. At least I am not getting worse so needless to say I am thrilled with the results.
