When I was 13 years old I had surgery for Freibergs disease. The afflicted toe never grew properly afterward and now, 34 years later, my foot is becoming deformed as the first(big)and second toe press onto the middle toe that was operated on. Has anyone out there had a similar operation and with what results?

Hi,i was diagnosed with freibergs in my left foot, the toe next to the big toe.Ive had 4 operations on it and it is much shorter than the other toes.Every time they have operated they take more bone away, now i have pins in it too.The last operation on it was january this year, the doctors want to replace the joint but have said im too young at the mo ( im 35) i also had a bunionectomy on the same foot and have a mortons neuroma now, they have also said i might have to have the sesamoid bones removed. This is all on the same foot and it is feeling very sorry for itself now..lol.I have to joke about it as im in pain all the time.My feet also burn and hurt all over.
