I have a few questions bugging the heck out of me. So here goes
Does a man have to be on top of the woman to get pregnant?
Can a man be lying down on the bed an a woman between his legs having sex get pregnant it like the missory postion but the woman is between the mans legs on her knees an he is lying down?
What is the best Basal Body Thermometer to use?

Reason was asking on the postions to have sex is because don't laugh but we can not do the doggie style an some of the other ways due to my DH has back troubles. So I didn't know if the way we was doing it would work or not.

You can get pregnant in any posisition. However, the best way to get pregnant is missionay position. This position puts the penis closest to the cervix. Also, positions with the woman on top are the least likely baby-making positions. However, if you lie flat on your back or put you legs in up so the sperm can ease their way down, you can increase your chances.

I kinda feeling like crying now.:( Why you ask well we can't do the missionay position with him on top of me.. If everyone knew why they would laugh their butts off at us. The one position I was talking about is where I'm between his legs an backed up on his you know penis an my legs under his. I hope this doesn't sound awful. There is many positions I wished we could do but since his weight an back we are limited.. :-(

I conceived all three of my children with me on top. It is a good suggestion to just lie still for a while after and let the sperm make there way.
