DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! im telling you! it makes a Big Difference! and if you have ever used an Over The Counter pain releiver called ALEVE??? take 2 right away and drink a nice cup of black coffee and it helps it tremendously!!! if you drink coffee that is... IT REALLY DOES HELP! my Migraine usually goes away MUCH FASTER and the Tiny Headache i might have later is nothing compared to my migraines... try it...! |
