Sponsor derkin 11-10-2007, 08:08 PM The ratio is suppose to be approximately 500 mg of magnesium to every 1,000 mg of calcium. 600 mg calcium would be 300 magnesium. I don't think you are to exceed 600 mg magnesium per day. |
